This is one of Andy’s differentiating factors and one of our favorite topics in the automotive industry. Before recommending a repair, we thoroughly inspect and diagnose the problem. Otherwise, we may repair a symptom of the problem and not the root cause. Which could cause unnecessary expenses for the vehicle owner and frustration when time goes by and they learn that the true problem has not been resolved. 

Our service team enjoys walking customers through what was broken on the vehicle, why, and how we fixed it. We believe it is important for you to walk away with a basic understanding of what was provided and why as opposed to simply swiping your credit card and hoping the problem was resolved. 

While many service writers in the industry are offered bonuses or commissions based upon revenue generated, Andy’s Automotive & Truck Services does not employ these billing/compensation practices.
